Organizational Consulting Services (OCS)
OCS focuses on providing guidance and recommendations regarding the human-centric aspects of running an organization, such as Company Culture, Talent Development, Change Management, and Employee Relations. Includes the ability to book sessions for group training, corporate retreats, and lunch & learns.
