- Learning how to pick out keywords in job descriptions to best tailor documents beyond the ones we have time to review together. Could include overall job search strategies – especially identifying a longer term list of target organizations to watch for job openings.
- A recorded mock interview session, with verbal debrief and written rubric-style notes that an interviewer would typically take. Would include a behind-the-scenes commentary on the interview process from an HR/hiring manager’s point of view.
- Additional sessions of interview support, such as a follow up mock interview after discussing the 1st mock and any other recent interview experiences or post-interview negotiations for salary. Best for job seekers who acknowledge that verbal communication is not one of their strengths.
