Jennifer Tarnowski is a master of finding connections between disparate bodies of knowledge with a Ph.D. in Geological Sciences and MBA in Organizational Leadership.

Her experience with both analytical/scientific methodology and organizational behavior provides a powerhouse combination for evaluating the reality of workplace situations and developing evidence-based solutions.
